Click on the forgot password button on the login page. Now insert your e-mail and click on send. You will receive an e-mail with your Username and Password.

You will find numerous ways to explore the site which you can access by clicking the buttons. You can locate the product you want in our search engine, searching by brand, typology, category, size and/or color.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE DATA ON MY CREDIT CARD WILL BE PROTECTED?
Sshhh has partnered with Paystack a leading provider of credit card services, to ensure the highest possible service and security. All your financial details (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) will be received and processed only by Paystack secure servers. Neither Sshhh nor any other party may access this system and thereby obtain your details.
WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE BE DEBITED ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT?
The debit should appear on your credit card statement from 1-7 days after you purchase, depending on your credit card provider.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA COSTS ON DELIVERY?
Yes, the delivery company is a third party service so delivery cost can either be charged in addition to the total cost or paid on arrival to the delivery company.
Products purchased worth over N25, 000 are available with a Gift Wrapping service. You can either have a personalized message, or leave blank for you to write in personally. The gift will arrive at the desired address without any indication of price; instead, your invoice will arrive via e-mail. There is a N1, 000 additional cost for the gift boxes for purchases under N25,000 but this is optional. Please keep in mind that for certain extra large items, gift boxes are not available.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE COMES DAMAGED?
We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Each package is carefully folded one by one and thoroughly inspected by an employee. Most orders take 1-3 business days (Business days are MON-FRI -Please do not count SAT or SUN when counting your processing days) to process.Â

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if your order has already been placed. However depending on when the code expires you are welcome to use it on a new order.
